教学目标：
一、知识目标：
1. 能够读懂、听懂天气预报以及对天气状况的描述和预测。
2. 根据天气情况为他人提出建议并给出原因。
3. 掌握目标语言：
（1） 词汇：camera, umbrella, pleasant, southeast, from time to time, fall, possible……
（2） 短语：the best time to ,  in winter,  take photos of ,  compared to ……
（3） 句型：it’s not to hot.  
            the best plan is to arrive in new england in september.
 it’s a good idea to bring your camera……
（4） 语法功能：能够就某一问题给出建议，并使用连词because ,so,but写出原因和说明。
二、情感态度
学会在旅游中解决学习与生活中的实际问题，培养学生爱护大自然，保护环境。
三、学习策略
能够关心他人，为他人排忧解难，解决学习与生活中的实际问题。
四、学习任务：能够就选择最佳时机来中国游玩提出建议。
