凡是用葡萄酒，或其它水果为原料，再经过发酵、蒸馏等流程酿制而成的酒，均统称为“白兰地酒”。但这种蒸馏后的水果酒，一定要放在木桶里，经过长年贮藏使其成熟。经过勾兑才能上市。酒精度约为４２度。酒体呈琥珀色，清澈透明，口味精细，淳郁浓烈，回味无穷。
材料：1/3BolsCremedeCacaoWhite（波士白可可香甜酒），1/3BolsPeppermintGreen（波士绿薄荷香甜酒），1/3FamousGrouseWhisky（威士忌） 调法：把以上材料放进有冰块的调酒器中摇拌后，倒入有冰块杯子中。 特色：另类的搭配，强劲中带凉意。
材料：GIN琴酒1/2oz，VODKA伏特加酒1/2oz，RUM兰姆酒、TEQUILA能舌兰酒1/2oz，TRE柑橙酒1/2oz，LEMON柠檬汁、SUGAR果糖少许，COLA可乐加入约9分满 调法：加满冰块直调BUILD 装饰：置入柠檬片、红樱桃附调棒。
