凡是用葡萄酒,或其它水果为原料,再经过发酵、蒸馏等流程酿制而成的酒,均统称为“白兰地酒”。但这种蒸馏后的水果酒,一定要放在木桶里,经过长年贮藏使其成熟。经过勾兑才能上市。酒精度约为42度。酒体呈琥珀色,清澈透明,口味精细,淳郁浓烈,回味无穷。
材料:1/3BolsCremedeCacaoWhite(波士白可可香甜酒),1/3BolsPeppermintGreen(波士绿薄荷香甜酒),1/3FamousGrouseWhisky(威士忌) 调法:把以上材料放进有冰块的调酒器中摇拌后,倒入有冰块杯子中。 特色:另类的搭配,强劲中带凉意。
